What Is Campaign Builder?
Campaign Builder is part of Tacklit Engage. It lets you turn spare capacity into booked appointments by sending smart, automated outreach to the right clients at the right time.
Campaign Manager
Track every campaign you send from a central dashboard. View history, filter by status (scheduled, in progress, sent, or completed), and see who created each campaign and when it went out. Each campaign card shows participants, message details, and results at a glance.
Three Campaign Types
• White Space Filler — Send available appointment slots to existing clients for a specific practitioner. Ideal for filling gaps in the calendar.
• First Appointment — Encourage active or waitlisted clients who have been paired with a practitioner to book their first session.
• New Matches — Send appointment offers to clients who haven't yet been placed. Use round-robin auto-allocation so bookings are automatically assigned to the right team member.
Message Builder
Create personalised messages using smart variables that pull in client and practitioner details automatically. This helps improve booking rates while keeping communications personal and relevant.
Who Can Use This?
Campaign Builder is available to Superusers and is part of the Tacklit Engage module. Contact your account manager if you'd like to enable Engage for your practice.
