Adding new team members to your Tacklit practice is straightforward and takes just a few steps.
Inviting a New Team Member
Navigate to the Team tab in the left-hand navigation.
Click Add new teammate.
Enter the team member's email address.
Select their role β Superuser, Admin, Practitioner, or Mentor.
Send the invitation.
The invited team member will receive an email with instructions to set up their account and access the practice.
After Inviting
Once a practitioner has joined, they can set up their working schedule (days, times, and locations they are available) and be added to the relevant appointment types. A Superuser controls which appointment types each practitioner is assigned to β practitioners need to be added to an appointment type for those services to be bookable on their calendar.
Managing Roles
Roles can be changed at any time from the Team section. If your practice has specific access requirements, custom roles can be created in Control Panel > Roles & Permissions to tailor what each team member can see and do.
