How to manage user access and permissions

Managing who has access to your Tacklit practice is handled through the Team tab in the left-hand navigation.

Inviting Team Members

Click Add new teammate from the Team tab. Enter their email address and select the appropriate role. The new team member will receive an email invitation to join your practice.

Changing Roles

You can update a team member's role at any time from the Team section. This immediately adjusts what they can see and do within the platform based on the permissions associated with that role.

Removing Access

If a team member leaves your practice or no longer needs access, you can remove them from the Team section. This revokes their ability to log in and access any practice data.

Security

Tacklit supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of security to team member accounts. Encourage all team members to enable MFA to protect sensitive client and practice data.
