How to create and manage groups in Tacklit

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Groups in Tacklit support both one-to-many service delivery and cohort management, making them ideal for group therapy, programs, workshops, and structured care pathways.

What Groups Do

A group allows you to add multiple clients, schedule sessions for all members to attend, and manage the group as a single unit. Groups are accessed from the Groups section in the left-hand navigation.

Key Features

  • One-to-many delivery — Add many clients to a group and schedule sessions that all members can join.

  • Cohort management — Use groups to organise clients into cohorts for programs, pathways, or structured interventions.

  • Pathways and stages — Configure custom pathways with defined stages so you can track where each client is within a program or treatment journey.

  • Forms and assessments — Send forms and assessments to all group members at once, streamlining data collection across a cohort.

  • Attendance tracking — Record attendance for each group session to maintain accurate records of participation.

  • Multiple staff — Assign multiple staff members to administer a group, supporting co-facilitation and multi-disciplinary team delivery.
