Before your session starts
Confirm bookings to ensure clients and your team know the session is happening. This also triggers any automated reminders you've configured.
Running the session
Open the booking in Tacklit. For telehealth, click the video call button to start. For in-person sessions, use the session interface for notes and progress tracking.
After the session
Mark the booking as Completed. If the client didn't attend (DNA), select Did Not Attend β this is important for records and follow-up safety protocols. Add session notes during or immediately after the session.
Rescheduling
Click Reschedule on the booking and select a new time. The client receives a notification of the change.
