Why can't I see all my data

Understanding data visibility and permissions

Updated over 2 weeks ago

If you can't see certain data, clients, or settings in Tacklit, it is most likely due to your user role and the permissions associated with it.

Role-Based Access

Tacklit uses a role-based access system that controls what each team member can see and do. Different roles have different levels of visibility:

  • Superusers can see all clients, all data, and all settings across the practice.

  • Admins can see most operational data but may not have access to certain system-level settings.

  • Practitioners see only the clients and records relevant to their own caseload. They cannot view other practitioners' client files unless those records have been explicitly shared.

  • Mentors have a scoped view appropriate to the lived experience workforce role.

What to Do

If you believe you should have access to data that you cannot currently see, speak with your practice's Superuser or Admin. They can review your role and adjust your permissions if needed. Custom roles can be configured in Control Panel > Roles & Permissions to provide exactly the level of access required for your position.
