What Is Correspondence In?
Correspondence In is where you manage documents that come into a client's record from external sources — referral letters, reports from other providers, consent forms, and more. Recent enhancements make it easier to find and organise these documents.
What's New
• New document types: Survey and Consent Form have been added alongside existing types
• Search by title: Quickly find a specific document by typing part of its name
• Filter by type: Narrow your view to only show referrals, reports, consent forms, or any other document type
• Sort by name or date: Organise the list however works best for your workflow
Where to Find It
Open a client profile and navigate to the Correspondence In section. The search bar, filters, and sort options appear at the top of the document list.

These tools are available to all users who have access to client records. They work across all document types, making it straightforward to locate specific correspondence even for clients with extensive histories.
