Tacklit offers two types of client profile access levels:
Full Profile - allows clients to view and interact with relevant information regarding their treatment plan. This includes being able to view appointments and make changes, view and download invoices, update referral or other relevant information.
Record Only - provides access to client records only for staff to interact with, clients can still be invited to submit forms, consents or assessments but they are one way data entry experiences only
These access levels can be configured per client to control the right level of access based on individual needs and circumstances.
