Troubleshooting checklist
Verify the link is active — Your admin must enable online booking for your practitioner profile.
Check availability is published — Clients only see slots you've made explicitly available.
Review time slot configuration — Even with availability set, clients won't see slots if time slot durations aren't configured.
Check for booking restrictions — Your admin may have set advance booking windows or client-specific rules.
Test the link yourself — Ask your admin to test it in an incognito browser window to isolate the issue.
If your client already has an account, they can also find upcoming appointments and booking options through the client portal after logging in.
