How to Create a Schedule Override – Change availability temporarily

  1. Navigate to Settings: Go to your Control Panel and select Working Schedule.

  2. Locate Overrides: Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Schedule Overrides section

  3. Add New Override: Click new override button and give it a name (e.g., "School Holidays").

  4. Set Dates: Select the start and end dates for the override period.

  5. Adjust Hours (Working Pattern):

    • Select the specific days you wish to change.

    • Enter your adjusted start and finish times for those days.

  6. Save: Click Create Schedule Override. This ensures clients can only book

    during these new hours.

How to Create a Schedule Override – Annual Leave (Time Off)

  1. Navigate to Settings: Go to your Control Panel and select Working Schedule.

  2. Locate Overrides: Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Schedule Override section.

  3. Add New Override: Click to add a new override button – select ‘Type’ drop down list, select ‘Time Off’ and give it a name (e.g., "Annual Leave").

  4. Select Dates: Choose the dates you will be away. The system will show you the total number of days inclusive. Click ‘Create Schedule Override’

  5. Manage Existing Appointments: A prompt will appear asking how to handle

    current bookings:

    • Cancel all services: This automatically cancels existing appointments.

    • Leave them in schedule & manage each individually: This keeps current bookings; you

  6. Confirm: Hit Confirm to apply the leave to your calendar.

How to Delete an Override

  1. Remove Override: Find the override in your list, select three dots to the right of schedule override you wish to delete and click Delete.

  2. Important Note: If you previously chose to "Cancel all services," deleting the override will not restore those cancelled appointments. You must re-add them to your diary manually.
