What's Changed
A set of improvements give organisations clearer control over clinician availability and more flexibility in how schedules are managed. These updates strengthen governance while supporting more adaptive working patterns.
Key Enhancements
• Locked working hours: Admins can lock down clinician working hours to prevent unauthorised changes
• Location-specific schedules: Schedules can be tied to specific practice locations, so availability reflects where a clinician actually works each day
• Customisable start times and working days: Both appointment-level and clinician-level start times and working days are now configurable
• Temporary overrides: Clinicians can request or apply temporary schedule overrides with optional admin approval
• Instant calendar sync: All changes are reflected immediately across the calendar and booking flow
Where to Find It
Schedule settings are managed through the Control Panel → Calendar Settings for organisation-wide rules, and through individual Practitioner Profiles for clinician-specific schedules.
Who Can Manage This?
Superusers and Administrators can configure scheduling rules. Clinicians can request overrides where the approval workflow is enabled.
