What's Changed
A new setting lets you assign Practitioners and Administrators as report reviewers, without granting them full Superuser access to the platform. This is useful for practices that want clinical leads or senior practitioners to sign off on reports as part of their governance process.
How to Enable It
1. Go to Control Panel → General Settings
2. Enable the Non-Superuser Report Reviewers toggle
3. Once enabled, Practitioners and Administrators can be selected as reviewers when submitting a report for review
What Reviewers Can Do
• View the report and use full reviewer functionality (approve, request changes, add comments)
• Reviewers cannot access the client's full profile outside of the report details — their access is scoped to the report itself
When to Use It
This is particularly relevant for practices with formal clinical governance requirements, where reports need to be reviewed by a senior clinician before being finalised and sent. It keeps the review process within the platform without over-provisioning access.
