Stripe is the payment processing platform integrated with Tacklit. It handles all online payment collection, making it easy for practices to accept payments from clients securely.

When Stripe is connected to your Tacklit practice, clients can pay for services online at the time of booking or when an invoice is issued. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and automatically recorded against the relevant invoice in Tacklit.

Tacklit supports card-on-file functionality through Stripe. Clients can save their payment card securely, allowing practices to charge for services without requiring the client to re-enter their details each time. This is particularly useful for recurring sessions and reduces friction in the payment process.

Connect your Stripe account through Control Panel > System Connections. Once connected, payment options will be available on your booking page and invoices. Stripe handles all PCI compliance and card security, so sensitive payment data never touches the Tacklit platform directly.

Stripe collects payments from clients and transfers funds to your nominated bank account on a regular schedule. You can view payment activity and reconciliation details within both Stripe's dashboard and Tacklit's invoicing section.
