The client portal is a secure online interface that allows your clients to access their own information and interact with your practice. Through the client portal, clients can:

  • View their appointments

  • Complete forms and assessments

  • View reports and documents

  • Update their profile information

  • Receive messages and notifications from practitioners

  • Make online payments if enabled

The client portal enhances engagement and allows clients to stay connected between appointments.

To access the portal a client must have been invited as a Full Profile and have completed their account registration.
