How to delete a Profile Note
Profile notes can be removed from a client's activity feed when they are no longer needed. This action is permanent and requires confirmation to prevent accidental deletion.
Open the client profile — Navigate to the specific client's profile from your client list.
Go to the Activity tab — Click on the Activity tab within the profile.
Locate the note — Scroll down the activity feed to find the profile note you wish to remove.
Click the delete icon — Click the rubbish bin icon underneath the note.
Confirm deletion — When the confirmation prompt appears, type the word DELETE in all capital letters. This safeguard prevents accidental removal.
Finalise — Click the Delete button to permanently remove the note.
Note: Deleted profile notes cannot be recovered. If the note contains clinically relevant information, consider whether it should be preserved in a case note before deleting. Only users with appropriate permissions can delete profile notes.
