How to lock Episodes of Care

Once an Episode has been marked as inactive, the information pertaining to that episode can only be amended by superusers.

To turn on this feature, go to the Control Panel>General Settings>Episode Settings and toggle ON the item highlighted below.

When this setting is enabled, here is a list of the activity changes that are restricted for role types other than superusers.

  • Appointments

    • Cannot be processed,

    • Cannot be edited

    • Cannot be cancelled

  • Health Information

    • Cannot be edited

  • Notes

    • Cannot be edited or deleted

  • Letters

    • Cannot be edited

    • Can still be sent

  • Reports

    • Cannot be edited

    • Can still be sent

  • Assessments

    • Unchanged, cannot edit

  • Survey Responses

    • Unchanged, cannot edit

  • Check-in insights

    • Unchanged, cannot edit
