Tacklit Analytics offers a robust platform for managing and analysing client data.

Updated over 7 months ago

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on utilising key features such as viewing dashboards, generating reports, and exporting data. Follow these instructions to efficiently navigate and leverage Tacklit Analytics for your needs.

Step 1

Begin by logging into Tacklit and selecting the Analytics tab. There is additional security for Analytics Access. You will be provisioned with an account username and password - this is different from your personal user account to login to Tacklit.

Step 2

In the Dashboard, observe your current client count, categorised by their status. Additionally, review the number of clients created over a specified period.

Step 3

Proceed to the Appointments section. This area displays all appointments booked under your account.

Step 4

Customise the date range by selecting your preferred start and end dates for the report, then click on Run Report.

Step 5

Discover additional reports by clicking on the menu button. For example, explore the Invoice Report. Extend the date range to assess how many invoices your account has issued during that period.

Step 6

Download data as a CSV file by clicking the Download button. Proceed to the Psychometrics Report, which details all the psychometric submissions from your clients.

Step 7

Adjust the date range and apply filters by the type of report you wish to view, such as DASS-21.

Step 8

Search by client name by entering it into the Search box. With this knowledge, you should be comfortable navigating and utilising the reports available in Tacklit Analytics. Next, we will examine the Data Export feature.

Step 9

Click on the menu, locate, and select Data Export. On this page, export client data by specifying a date range, then click on Generate Data File.

Step 10

Allow a moment for the process to complete. A link will appear to download the file to your computer. Note that the link is valid for 15 minutes. For a new link, simply click Generate Data File again.

This concludes the instructions. Thank you for engaging with this guide.
