What Is the Action Checklist?
When you confirm and run a session, the confirmation step now includes a visual checklist that tracks progress across five key areas: Billing, Assessment, Notes, Medical Information, and the Next Appointment.
How It Works
• When you open the session confirmation screen, the checklist appears showing the status of each area
• Completed items are ticked off automatically based on what's been recorded during the session
• Outstanding items are clearly visible, so you can address them before closing the session
What It Tracks
• Billing — has an invoice been created or is billing handled?
• Assessment — have any required psychometric assessments been completed?
• Notes — has a case note been written for this session?
• Medical Information — is the client's medical information up to date?
• Next Appointment — has a follow-up appointment been booked?
Good to Know
The checklist is a guide, not a gate — you can still confirm sessions even if some items are incomplete. It's designed to support good clinical practice by making sure nothing is missed, without blocking your workflow.
