Email Editor - Designing your own email templates

We’ve released a new Email Templates feature to give super users full control over the automated emails sent to clients.

Key features:

  • Access from the Control Panel → Email Templates section.

  • Manage system-triggered notifications such as appointment confirmations, invitations, forms, and requests.

  • Edit key details including:

    • Subject lines (with support for injected variables like client or practitioner info)

    • Sender name & reply-to address (set per template)

    • Email body content (using a drag-and-drop block builder: text, headings, buttons, images, spacers, columns).

  • Customise styles and branding with controls for fonts, colours, borders, and logos.

  • Apply global styles across all templates, or customise per template.

  • Preview emails on both desktop and mobile views before saving.

  • Personalise content with variables (e.g. appointment details, client info, instructions).

  • Save changes instantly—updates apply the next time that template is triggered.

  • Option to create brand new templates to prepare for upcoming campaign/broadcast features.

This tool gives you flexibility to personalise your client communications while keeping them consistent with your organisation’s branding.
