We've added the ability for Superusers to request revisions to AI-generated summations. If the AI has misinterpreted something - like a participant's name or a key detail - you can now correct it directly rather than starting from scratch.
How It Works
Next to each summation, you will see a Request Revision button. Click it to open revision options where you can provide additional information or context for the AI to reprocess the summary.
What You Can Do
β’ Select from available options for how to reprocess the summation with additional context
β’ Provide corrections where the AI may have misinterpreted details - for example, the name of a participant or a specific point discussed during the session
β’ Each summary supports a maximum of 3 revisions, so you have room to refine without unlimited rework
Where to Find It
The revision button appears alongside each AI summation in the clinical notes area. This is available to Superusers only.
Good to Know
This feature is designed as a self-correction tool. If the AI gets a detail wrong, you can guide it in the right direction without needing to rewrite the summary manually or contact support. The 3-revision limit keeps things efficient while giving you enough room to get it right.
