You can send forms and assessments to clients directly from Tacklit. There are several ways to do this:
You can send forms from within a client profile, and the client will receive an email or SMS with a link to complete the form
You can send assessments to clients using the broadcast message feature
You can set up automated forms to be sent on a schedule
Once clients complete the form or assessment, their responses are automatically recorded in their client profile for easy reference.
